All deliveries are made 09:00 am to 05.00 pm Monday to Friday by BBT-Import chosen carriers. Delivery lead time is based on destination. BBT-Import and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of an exact delivery time.
Additional cost will apply for point to point direct delivery if customer is asking for a delivery before or after standard business hours or at a specific time. Please ask BBT-Import for a quote! Cost depending on destination and requested time.
Please note that the delivery price for the beer table set delivery are based on a one man delivery with at least one other person on site to assist. Additional cost will apply in case you can't assist. Please inform BBT-Import before delivery and ask for a quote!
In the instance someone is not available / able to sign for your delivery, BBT-Import carrier will leave a card. You will need to contact the carrier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements. Additional cost for re-delivery to the carrier has to be paid from the customer.

We will deliver to most locations within Australia and we require a street address for the delivery.
We don´t deliver single beer table sets to delivery Zone 12 because of the very high delivery prices. Minimum order to Delivery Zone 12 is a pallet with minimum 16x beer table sets. Delivery cost for delivery zone is not included.

Tailgate Delivery / Depot Pick Up
In some circumstances a tailgate delivery is required from the transport company.
We will inform you accordingly per email / phone if a tailgate delivery is required to offer you a "Depot pick up" with no extra delivery charge.
BBT-Import reserves the right to charge for the additional cost, if you won´t accept the Depot pick up and the beer table set will be delivered through a tailgate delivery.
Please be aware that the transporter will charge an additional fee in minimum of $95.00 excluding GST, if a tailgate delivery.is required.
Acceptance of delivery
Our delivery team will not leave your order at the specified delivery address unless someone has accepted and signed for delivery. BBT-Import online store will not accept responsibility for the security of a package left under special instructions.
Deliveries must be signed for upon request, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by BBT-Import to be authorised to receive the products. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a family member who will be present during the delivery hours.
