Order Tracking:

After you check out, you will receive a Confirmation Email with your order details. When the Beer Garden Furniture Set ships from the warehouse you will receive a Tracking Email with the tracking number.

If you have not received a Confirmation or Tracking Email, please check your spam or junk folder first for transactional emails. If you still cannot find the email, please contact our Customer Service immediately either on sales@beertable.com.au or call us on 07 5573 4774.

Ordered Goods have not been delivered:

Reference your Tracking Email and visit the shipping company’s website to enter the tracking number. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, please check with all members of your household and with neighbours to ensure that no one accepted the package for you. Please also check all areas around your home to ensure that the package was not delivered and placed out of view (on the back porch or in the garage, for example). If the delivery company couldn’t obtain an adult signature, they may have left a note with re-delivery or pickup information. If you cannot track your order via these methods, please contact our Customer Service immediately either on sales@beertable.com.au or call us on 07 5573 4774.

An item is missing from the shipment:

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately either on sales@beertable.com.au or call us on 07 5573 4774. We will attempt to determine if the item was missing from the shipment before it left the warehouse by checking the weight of the package that left the warehouse against the weight of the package with the correct items. If the item was not shipped in the original package, we will ship a replacement immediately using the shipping method from the original order. If we determine that the item was shipped and was lost in transit, we will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf.

Cancellation of the order:

You are able to cancel an order if the order has not yet shipped. You can contact our Customer Service either on sales@beertable.com.au or call us on 07 5573 4774 and we will cancel your order and refund to your credit card. If the order has shipped or has left the warehouse, you cannot cancel the order. You have to receive the shipment then follow return instructions.
